Abu Dhabi: The AFC added yet another feather in its cap with the launch of the AFC Club Licensing Administration System (CLAS) on Thursday by AFC President Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa.
The UAE Football Association President Yousuf Yaqoob Yousuf Al Serkal was also in attendance during the lauch ceremony.
The AFC was the pioneer confederation in implementing the system of Club Licensing when it was introduced in 2011. Over the last few years, club licensing has tremendously developed the professionalism among clubs in Asia.
CLAS is yet another innovative system provided by the AFC to its Member Associations for the implementation of Club Licensing.
This online portal allows Clubs to comply with the Club Licensing Criteria. The MAs are benefited by the transparency and administrative control of the National Club Licensing.
With the introduction of CLAS, Asian Club Licensing is taking yet another step towards progress.
