KUALA LUMPUR: Mohd Salleh Subkhiddin of Malaysia will referee in the AFC Champions League 2007 Finals first leg between Sepahan of Iran and Urawa Reds Diamond of Japan.

The first leg takes place on November 7 at the Foolad Shahr Stadium.

Subkhiddin has earlier officiated in the FIFA U20 World Cup 2007, FIFA World Cup round 1, and the AFC Final Round for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

The referee appointment for the second leg, which will be played in Saitama, Japan, on November 14, 2007, will be announced shortly.
