JEDDAH – Attacking midfielder Harison, who had a spell with current AFC Champions League champions Urawa Reds back in 2001, has joined Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli reports PA Sport.
The 28-year-old Brazilian joins the ‘Greens’ from Portuguese outfit União Desportiva de Leiria and is returning to Asia for the second time in his career after three seasons in Japan where he played Vissel Kobe and ACL 2008 quarter-finalists Gamba Osaka as well as Urawa Reds.
Harison joined the Saitama-based side in 2001 from lower league Brazilian team Santa Cruz, beginning a four-year stint in Japan where he made 70 appearances and scored ten goals during his time in the J.League.
