DUSHANBE: Tajik champions Regar-TadAZ thrashed Dynamo 5-2 in a postponed league match from the earlier rounds recently.

Khurshed Makhmudov (27, 45), Brazilian import Jailton Oliveira (30), Maruf Rustamov (50) and Jamshed Ismoilov (89) scored for the AFC President’s Cup 2008 semi-finalists.

The win helped Regar-TadAZ maintain their lead in the standings with 50 points after 20 games.

Regar will take on Turkmenistan’s Ashgabat in the semi-finals of the AFC President’s Cup on September 19 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
