BISHKEK: Defending champions Dordoi-Dynamo thrashed Abdysh-Ata-91 8-0 to maintain their second spot in the Kyrgyzstan League standings after ten round recently.
Dordoi, who will face Nepal Police Club in the semi-final of the AFC President’s Cup on Friday, were given a confidence-boosting victory by their Ghanian imports who shared four goals between them.
David Tetteh netted a hat-trick in the 16th, 30th and 75th minutes while William Gyan scored his goal in the 34th minute. Vadim Harchenko (21, 59), Sergey Kniazev (62) and Mirlan Murzaev (86) completed the rout.
Sergey Dvoryankov’s charges are on 23 points after nine games, five points less then leaders Abdysh-Ata but have a match in hand.
