First leg on October 27, 2006 in Amman Al Faisaly (Jordan) vs Al Muharraq (Bahrain) – Referee: Mohamed Kousa (Syria)

Second leg on November 3, 2006 in Manama Al Muharraq (Bahrain) vs Al Faisaly (Jordan) – Referee: Mohamed Omar Al Saeedi (UAE)
