RIYADH: The top-four teams in the Saudi League were confirmed on Thursday after the end of the regular rounds.

Al Hilal (53 points) ended the season with 53 points, followed by Al Ittihad (48), Al Wahda (47) and defending champions Al Shabab (44). Al Faysaly and Al Khaleej were relegated at the other end of the table.

Al Wahda will clash with Al Shabab in the first of the step-ladder final on May 19 before the winner takes on second-placed Al Ittihad on May 25. The winners of this match will go on to meet Al Hilal in the grand finale.
