Beirut: A total of 19 participants across Lebanon completed their AFC Futsal Coaching Certificate Course - Level 1 in the Beirut district of Roucheh on Tuesday.
Jihad Al Chohof, the General Secretary of the Lebanese Football Federation, in his opening remarks said: “I would like to thank the AFC for running such a course and their trust and care for the Federation.”
Al Chohof urged the participants to stay focused and give attention on each detail in order to improve their knowledge in Futsal, especially as LFA is counting on their potential to lead the country to the highest level of Futsal in the future.
Al Chohof also introduced Dory Zakhour, the AFC Futsal Instructor who was the main coordinator for the six-day course.
“Thank you to the LFA for hosting this course and Al Chohof for the great care allowed for Futsal and his continuous involvement in the game at all levels,” said Zakhour.
“I hope all the participants will be able to absorb the knowledge that I share during the course and special credit to AFC Assistant Instructor Rajaa Chatah for the effort she puts in for the game in Lebanon, especially for the Lebanese Women Futsal.”
