Jaka Ihbeisheh registered Palestine’s first goal in an AFC Asian Cup Finals when he scored a late consolation in their 5-1 defeat to Jordan at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium. Mahmoud Eid’s free-kick found Ihbeisheh lurking at the far post and the midfielder ensured his place in the annals of Palestinian football with a measured finish in the 84th minute.
