Nilphamari: Bangladesh's Bashundhara Kings have bolstered their squad with the addition of Brazilian midfielder Robson Azevedo da Silva ahead of their 2020 AFC Cup campaign.
More commonly known as Robinho, the 25-year-old joins the Bangladesh Premier League champions on a one-year loan deal from Fluminense.
This marks Robinho's first move outside of Brazil, coming in as a replacement for Daniel Colindres, who returned to Costa Rica to play for Saprissa.

Robinho officially joins the team on September 1, and will meet his teammates in an AFC Cup training camp.
With this season of the BPL called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Robihno's focus will be on assisting Banshundhara Kings in their upcoming AFC Cup ties.
Bashundhara Kings had opened their Group E campaign impressively with a 5-1 win over TC Sports Club of Maldives, and are set to face Madlives' Maziya S&C on October 23, before playing Chennai City FC three days later.
