Mohammad Al Wakid (Al Jaish)
2019 AFC Cup
Al Jaish vs Al Jazeera (18.06.2019)

Few words are needed to describe this goal as Mohammad Al Wakid spotted goalkeeper Ahmad Nawwas off his line and let fly from inside his own half to round off a 3-0 first-leg victory in the 2019 West Asia Zonal semi-finals. It was the goal that gave Al Jaish breathing space ahead of the return meeting and should have all but guaranteed a place in the next round, only for Al Jazeera to run out 4-0 winners in the second leg to advance.

Sunil Chhetri (Bengaluru FC)
2016 AFC Cup
Bengaluru FC vs Johor Darul Ta'zim (19.10.2016)

It was a night that went down in Bengaluru FC history as holders JDT were eliminated after a superb display from Sunil Chhetri. Having earlier equalised to make the scores 1-1, the forward receives the ball on the edge of the area, creates space for himself and then arcs a glorious strike into the top corner before the Indian side eventually won 3-1.
