Muscat: The Oman squad have completed their latest phase of training for the 2020 AFC U-16 Championship following the conclusion of a seven-day training camp in Bahrain on Saturday.

Oman played two friendlies against their Bahraini counterparts during the training camp, winning the first 2-1 and losing the second 2-0.

The training camp was a very valuable exercise for Oman head coach Hilal Al Oufi as it allowed him to assess the players for the AFC U-16 Championship, which has been rescheduled to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
