Malaysia 11-0 Brunei Darussalam
Malaysia went into the tie knowing they would need a big win to keep the pressure on Thailand and Brad Maloney's charges hit the ground running against a Brunei Darussalam side who had lost 9-0 to Thailand on Matchday Two.
Defender Muhammad Azrin Afiq got the goal rush going with his effort in the 17th minute as Malaysia took firm control of the tie.
The promising Luqman Hakim Shamsudin scored the first of his four goals with a spot-kick in the 21st minute and followed up with further efforts in the 22nd, 23rd and 41st minutes.
Mohd Aiman scored a hat-trick (39th,84th,90+2), Muhammad Azam Azmi (31st, 60th) a brace and Harith Haiqal Adam converted a penalty in the 59th minute as Malaysia made it two wins from two matches, having beaten Cambodia 5-4 on Saturday.
Tajikistan have already qualified as Group C winners. Group A of the Qualifiers - featuring Iraq, Oman, Palestine, Kuwait and Pakistan - has been postponed with new dates to be announced in due course.
The 11 group winners and four best runners-up will join hosts Uzbekistan in the 2020 Finals.
Should Uzbekistan finish either top of Group F of the Qualifiers or are among the best four second-placed teams, the fifth best runners-up will qualify.
