AFC President reiterates Confederation’s support to FABD

Kuala Lumpur: Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President, held a constructive and meaningful dialogue with Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) Interim President Pg Haji Kamarunsalehin bin Pg Haji Kamis in the Malaysian capital on the eve of the 35th AFC Congress.

The AFC President commended the FABD for their dedication towards promoting the growth of the beautiful game and pledged the Confederation’s complete support for the Association’s initiatives within the Southeast Asian nation.

Kuala Lumpur: Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President, met with Lebanese Football Association (LFA) President Hachem Haidar in the Malaysian capital on the eve of the 35th AFC Congress to discuss the advancement of the beautiful game in the West Asian country.

The AFC President, who last visited Lebanon in May 2023, commenced the meeting by paying tribute to the LFA President for his commitment and attributed the Association’s stability and growth to his long-standing stewardship.
