The AFC President said: "Markaz Balatah's achievement reflects the efforts of the club, including the management, the technical staff and the players, throughout the season, and also reflects the spirit and dedication needed to win such a big title. "The success of Markaz Balatah is a promising indication for much wider competition in Palestine tournaments, which will reflect positively on Palestine football in general," he added in a letter to the Palestinian FA. The AFC President also hailed the Palestine FA's efforts to continue the local season and for bringing back football after taking into consideration all the requirements needed for a safe implementation. He said it reflected the commitment and professionalism of all stakeholders.
