AFC Referees Committee strengthens criteria and pathways for AFC Elite Referee Assessors and Instructors
Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC)’s commitment to ensure the Continent’s match officials continue to receive the highest standards of mentorship and guidance was further reinforced by the AFC Referees Committee at its sixth meeting held virtually today.
Chaired by His Excellency Du Zhaocai, the Committee approved several decisions aimed at elevating the current entry criteria and pathways for AFC Elite Referee Assessors and AFC Elite Referee Instructors, other than through the FIFA FUTURO III courses.

AFC issues RFP for Audit Services for the AFC Programmes
Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of audit services for AFC Programmes, which includes the AFC Enhance Member Association Programme, AFC Enhance Member Association Advantage Programme, AFC Enhance Member Association Extra-Time Programme and the AFC Enhance Regional Association Programme.
Full details related to this exercise, including the AFC’s requirements, will be provided to vendors who intend to participate in this RFP.
