Decision:
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD 10,000/- for violating Article 3.3.6 of the AFC Champions League 2015 Regulations (Competition Regulations) as a result of the bad conduct (filming the 'closed' official training of the away team) of a member of its Team Official Delegation undertaken on 20 November 2015.
The charge relating to Article 67.1 of the AFC Disciplinary Code 2014 is dismissed.
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD100,000/- for violating Article 5.3 read together with Articles 6.1.1, 6.3, and 8.3 of the Marketing and Media Regulations for AFC Club Competitions 2015 (Marketing Regulations) in relation to activities occurring after the match Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) vs AI Ahli (UAE) on 21 November 2015.
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to play its next AFC club competition match without spectators for violating Article 3.3.7 read together with Articles 3.4.7 and 4.1 of the Competition Regulations in relation to safety and security failures at the match Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) vs AI Ahli (UAE) on 21 November 2015.
4.1 This order shall be carried out in the AFC Champions League 2016 (Group Stage) match Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) vs Winner Playoff East 1 on 24 February 2016.Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD20,000/- for violating Article 3.3.7 read together with Article 4.1 of the Competition Regulations by failing to make appropriate arrangements for the away team for the match Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) vs AI Ahli (UAE) on 21 November 2015.
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD20,000/- for violating Article 4.2 of the Competition Regulations by failing to provide a detailed security plan for the match Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) vs AI Ahli (UAE) on 21 November 2015.
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD5,000/- for violating Article 62.4 of the Competition Regulations by failing to completely implement the AFC ticketing policy.
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is ordered to pay a fine of USD5,000/- for violating Article 8.3 of the Marketing Regulations due to the presence of unauthorised individuals within a Controlled Access Area on 20 November 2015.
The total fine is USD 160,000/- and shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the AFC Disciplinary Code 2016
Guangzhou Evergrande (CHN) is informed that a repeat violation of these provisions will be met with more severe punishment.
