Gimhae: Recent signing Everton Santos scored his second goal for his new employers as AFC Champions League quarter-finalists FC Seoul came from 1-0 down to earn a share of the spoils from Sunday's K League Classic Round 18 encounter against Gyeongnam on Sunday.
Serbian centre back Sreten Sretonovic opened the scoring for the struggling Gyeongsang-based side in the 51st minute only for Everton Santos to equalise for FC Seoul nine minutes later with his second goal since joining the 2013 ACL runners-up in July following his debut strike in the 1-1 Round 16 draw with Jeju United.
The draw against Gyeongnam was FC Seoul's sixth of the current campaign and leaves them seventh in the K League Classic Standings on 22 points, 13 behind Jeonbuk Motors who leapfrogged Pohang Steelers into pole position following their 2-0 Round 18 victory over of Jeonnam Dragons and the Steelers 4-1 reverse to Suwon Bluewings.
Seoul and the Steelers will lock horns in an intriguing all-Korean AFC Champions League 2014 quarter-final clash, with the first leg taking place at the Steelyard on August 20 before the return fixture at the Seoul World Cup Stadium a week later.
