Group A: Ahal FC (TKM) 1-1 Pakhtakor FC (UZB)

Ashgabat: Hojimat Erkinov scored a dramatic stoppage time equaliser to help 10-man Pakhtakor FC earn a 1-1 draw against Turkmenistan's Ahal FC in their AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 Group A contest on Tuesday. 

After the Uzbekistan champions had Odiljon Hamrobekov sent off in the 64th minute, hosts Ahal broke the deadlock through Alibek Abdyrahmanow in the 81st minute only for the visitors to equalise late on at Multi-Functional Stadium.

Dushanbe: Senin Sebai’s 74th minute strike earned Tajikistan’s FC Istiklol a 1-1 draw with Persepolis in the AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 on Tuesday to leave the side from the Islamic Republic of Iran in second place in Group E with two matches remaining.

The draw came after Mehdi Torabi had given the Iranians a first-half lead and sees Persepolis move onto seven points, still adrift of group leaders Al Nassr ahead of the Saudi Arabian side’s meeting with Al Duhail later.

Dhaka: Bangladesh's Bashundhara Kings secured an incredible come from behind 2-1 win against Mohun Bagan Super Giant of India in the AFC Cup™ 2023/24 on Tuesday.

The win sees Bashundhara replace their opponents as leaders of Group D by virtue of a better head-to-head record with both teams tied on seven points apiece, with Odisha FC one adrift.

Johor Bahru: Akyar Rashid stepped off the bench to earn Johor Darul Ta’zim a stunning 2-1 win over two-times AFC Champions League™ winners Ulsan Hyundai on Tuesday evening to keep alive their hopes of progressing to the knockout rounds of this year’s competition from Group I.

The substitute finished off a lightning break for the hosts three minutes from time after Ulsan’s Ataru Esaka had cancelled out Heberty’s spectacular first-half opener to take the Malaysian side onto six points, level with Hong Myung-bo’s side after four games.

The pair trail Japan’s Kawasaki Frontale by six points with two games remaining with BG Pathum United, yet to claim a point, bottom of the standings.
