Bangkok: Ulsan Hyundai FC set a new AFC Champions League record by securing their 12th consecutive victory on Friday and forward Oh Se-hun is confident the defending champions can keep on winning.

Oh’s second half brace together with Valeri Qazaishvili's 48th minute strike saw Ulsan beat Kaya FC-Iloilo 3-0 to stay perfect in Group F with nine points at the halfway stage.

The K League side have won every match since Matchday Two of the 2020 edition, which ended with Ulsan ultimately lifting their second AFC Champions League title.

Tashkent: Beijing FC coach Zoran Jankovic was critical of his side’s performance as they slumped to a 5-0 defeat against Daegu FC on Matchday Three of the 2021 AFC Champions League on Friday.

Brazilian duo Edgar Silva and Cesinha had a brace each, with Oh Hu-seong rounding off the five-star display to propel the Korean side to a second consecutive win.

Bangkok: Kang Sang-Woo has praised head coach Kim Gi-Dong for his fine job in maximising the players' individual abilities following Pohang Steeler’ 2-0 victory over Malaysia’s Johor Darul Ta’zim in Group G of the 2021 AFC Champions League on Thursday.

Lee Seung-Mo opened the scoring for Pohang before Kang doubled their lead en route to claiming their second win over Johor Darul Ta’zim at the Rajamangala Stadium.

Both teams were evenly matched at the start but Pohang’s influence in the game grew as they took the lead in stunning fashion.
