Brazilian defender Mauricio headed home the winner 17 minutes from time for the Southern Tigers after Gonzalo Cabrera had seen his first-half penalty cancelled out by Terry Antonis’ equaliser for the club from Korea Republic.

The win means JDT move into second place in Group G, three points behind leaders Vissel Kobe from Japan, who won their opening games against Suwon and JDT last month, and Mora is looking for improvements from his players despite picking up the victory.

The Brazilian’s header 17 minutes from time secured all three points for JDT in the Group G meeting after Gonzalo Cabrera had seen his first-half penalty for the home side cancelled out by Terry Antonis’ long range strike six minutes into the second half.

Kim and Englishman Le Fondre were at Cardiff together in the 2014-15 season when the Welsh club were in England's Championship, with the former moving to Japan at the end of the campaign and the latter playing for several clubs in his homeland before joining Sydney in 2018.

Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it was agreed that Group matches scheduled for March and April which cannot be played, will be moved to May 19-20 - Match Day (MD3), May 26-27 (MD4), June 16-17 (MD5) and June 23-24 (MD6).

Where matches have been agreed between the two clubs, then the matches will go ahead as planned, if agreed by other stakeholders. A full list of fixtures will be confirmed between the MAs and the Clubs by March 16, 2020.
