San Francisco: Thailand women's national team forward Miranda Nild has announced her retirement from professional football.
The 25-year-old – also known as a Suchawadee Nildhamrong – called time on her career having played 20 international matches for the Thailand national team as well as club football in America and Europe.

Kuala Lumpur: Sam Kerr scored an 89th-minute equaliser to help Chelsea rescue a point in a 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Sunday as the Blues remain three points clear of the Gunners at the top of the Women’s Super League in England.
Takefusa Kubo was on the scoresheet as Real Sociedad defeated city rivals Athletic Bilbao 3-1 in Spain to move within three points of second-placed Real Madrid, while his Japanese teammate Daizen Maeda netted as Celtic beat Kilmarnock 2-0 in the Scottish League Cup semi-finals.
Elsewhere, Kim Min-jae was part of the Napoli side that posted a stunning 5-1 win over Juventus to move nine points clear at the top of Serie A, while Mehdi Taremi scored in a win for Porto in Portugal.
