ASEAN Wrap: Buriram complete hat-trick; Persib set up decider with Madura

Kuala Lumpur: Buriram United secured their third successive Thai League 1 title on Friday without even kicking a ball after their closest challengers Bangkok United suffered a surprise 3-0 defeat to an already-relegated Police Tero before Guilherme Bissoli and Supachai Jaided handed them a celebratory 2-0 win against Uthai Thani on Saturday. 

Persib Bandung will face Madura United in a two-legged clash to decide the Liga 1 title in Indonesia while Melbourne Victory defeated Wellington Phoenix 2-1 in extra time to reach the A-League Grand Final where they will face Premiers Central Coast Mariners who overcame Sydney FC 2-1 on aggregate.

Defending champions Ulsan Hyundai suffered another defeat in Korea Republic following a 1-0 loss to Gangwon while leaders Pohang Steelers were beaten by Suwon FC allowing Gimcheon Sangmu to move joint-top of the standings following their win over Jeju United.
