Amman: Jordan ended their successful 2022 WAFF Women's Championship campaign with a perfect record following a 4-0 win against Palestine in the final round of matches at Petra Stadium on Sunday.
Jordan, who defeated Syria and Lebanon earlier to secure the title with a match to spare, owed their victory over Palestine to captain Maysa Jbarah who scored a hat-trick - her second of the competition – as she finished top of the scoring charts with six goals.
Jordan's Rawan Kassab was named the Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament while Lebanon's Layla Iskandar picked up the Best Player award.
