Korea Republic, Japan to face off for crown

Kashima: Korea Republic continued their winning streak with a 3-0 victory over Hong Kong on Matchday Two of the 2022 EAFF E-1 Men’s Football Championship, while Japan were held to a goalless draw by China PR on Sunday.

The results mean Korea Republic and Japan will battle for the title on Wednesday.

China PR, Japan set up exciting finale

Tokyo: China PR and Japan will square off for the 2022 EAFF E-1 Women’s Football Championship title following Saturday's action.

China PR had to come from behind to salvage a 1-1 draw with Korea Republic while Japan were in fine form to defeat Chinese Taipei 4-1.

Japan, on six points from two matches, only need a draw to lift the title while China PR - on four points - have to win when the two clash on Tuesday.
