Bangkok: Indonesia scored 12 goals for the second consecutive match as they marched into the semi-final of the AFC Futsal Championship 2014 Asean Zone qualifiers after thrashing rock-bottom Laos 12-0 on Tuesday.
With Australia beating Myanmar 4-0 later on the day, Indonesia and Australia ensured their places in the semi-finals. They will meet on Wednesday to decide the Group B winner who will play the losing side between Thailand and Vietnam while the loser face Group A winner.
Bambang Bayu continued his brilliant form in front as he alone netted Indonesia’s four goals in the match. Fhandy Permana and captain Augstin Andriansyah bagged a brace each while there were goal apiece from Julinur Hafid, Nur Ali, Renaldi and Anza Rizal.
