Bali: Indonesia U-23 head coach Luis Milla has set his sights on the semi-finals of the Asian Games Indonesia 2018.
The hosts of the 18th edition of the Asian Games have been preparing since January with several training camps and friendlies, including the 2018 PSSI Anniversary Cup where the Young Garuda finished third after losing 1-0 to Bahrain and settling for draws with DPR Korea and Uzbekistan.
Indonesia have also played Thailand and Korea Republic, losing both games, which came on the back of a 3-0 win over Singapore in March.
Indonesia’s best result in the Asian Games was reaching the Round of 16 in the 2014 edition in Korea Republic, but Milla believes that with solid preparation, the Young Garuda can makes the semi-finals on home soil.
