Vientiane: Vietnam head coach Park Hang-seo sets high targets, hence his 'dissatisfaction' despite his team opening their 2018 AFF Cup campaign with a 3-0 win over Laos on Thursday.
Park said Vietnam, preparing to make an impact in the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019, should have been more clinical in their finishing against Laos in their Group A tie at the National Stadium KM16 in Vientiane.
“Tactically, we could have provided more alternatives instead of just from the centre of the park,” said Park, of his side who are seeking their second AFF Cup title after having emerged champions in 2008.
