The search for Asia’s Most Popular Football club: Al Wehdat, Al Ittihad seal West Asia final berths
Kuala Lumpur: Jordan's Al Wehdat and Al Ittihad of Syria have completed the cast for the final of the Search for Asia's Most Popular Football Club after topping the West Asia poll.
Al Wehdat topped the poll with 32.71% of the votes while Al Ittihad received 23.87%.
They join ASEAN clubs Persija Jakarta of Indonesia and Malaysia's Johor Darul Ta'zim, Islamic Republic of Iran's Tractor SC and Persepolis FC - who finished top two in the combined Central & South Asia poll - and China PR's Shanghai Shenhua and Korea Republic's Suwon Samsung Bluewings - who topped the East Asia poll - in the final.

Kuala Lumpur: Tractor SC have been voted as Asia's Most Popular Club by fans following a week-long poll by the-AFC.com.
The Islamic Republic of Iran clubside garnered 51.14 percent of the 1,468,693 votes cast to emerge top after months of domestic polls and four regional finals.
The most popular club in our IR Iran poll, as well as our Central and South Asian regional poll, Tabriz-based Tractor had to see off some of the biggest names in Asian club football and the-AFC.com extend our congratulations to them.

Zahra Muzdalifah: Indonesia can produce women’s football versions of Susi Susanti
Jakarta: Few footballers can say they scored their first international goal as a 17-year-old. Indonesia striker Zahra Muzdalifah did, however, net a header at that tender age, which not only broke her international duck, but also turned the game on its head.
It was in their last group match against Philippines during the 2018 AFF Women's Championship. Hosts Indonesia entered the contest having drawn their opener 0-0 and suffered two heavy defeats, leaving it as their last chance to salvage some pride in front of their home supporters.
Best Goal of AFC Champions League 2020: First 3 finalists determined
Kuala Lumpur: The first three finalists for the Best Goal of AFC Champions League 2020 have been decided following the conclusion of Semi-final 1 on Wednesday.
Persepolis FC's Mehdi Abdi Qara topped Semi-final 1 with a whopping 69.43 percent of the votes for his goal against Al Nassr in the semi-finals while another Iran club, Esteghlal FC will also be represented in the final with Cheick Diabate's effort against Al Ahli Saudi FC in the group stage garnering 22.15 percent of the votes.
Al Nassr's Abderrazak Hamdallah, the 2020 AFC Champions League top scorer with seven goals, also advanced to the final with his group stage goal against Sepahan FC receiving the third highest number of votes.
