Kuwait SC, meanwhile, also closed in on the Kuwait Premier League title after securing their 11th victory of the season to widen the gap with closest rivals Al Qadsia.

Sydney FC to face Melbourne City in A-League Grand Final
Parramatta: Last year’s A-League Grand Final winners Sydney FC will face Melbourne City in the final of the 2020 edition on Sunday after Steve Corica’s side handed fellow AFC Champions League participants Perth Glory a 2-0 defeat on Wednesday.
Milos Ninkovic and Adam Le Fondre were on target in the first half for Sydney FC , who will take on Melbourne City after they saw off Western United in their semi-final earlier in the day with two goals in the final 22 minutes of their meeting.
