Thailand to defend title against Indonesia in final
Bangkok: Thailand and Indonesia will face off in the 2022 AFF Futsal Championship final after beating Vietnam and Myanmar respectively in the semi-finals on Friday.
The wins also confirmed Thailand and Indonesia’s places in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup Kuwait 2022™ as ASEAN representatives, and both sides will now look to close out their campaign with the regional title.
Vietnam and Myanmar, meanwhile, will meet in the third-place playoff, which will also be a battle for the region’s final spot in the continental showpiece in September.
West quartet advance to AFC Futsal Asian Cup Kuwait 2022™ Finals
Fujairah: Lebanon played to a 2-2 draw with Saudi Arabia, while Palestine and Oman also shared the spoils in their AFC Futsal Asian Cup Kuwait 2022™ Qualifiers on Wednesday.
