Both teams won their respective groups in qualifying but are fully aware that past form will not matter in a group that also has hosts Thailand and Laos, with the top two teams to advance to the quarter-finals.

Bangkok: Introducing an exciting fusion of tradition and modernity, the official poster for the AFC U17 Asian Cup™ Thailand 2023 was unveiled earlier this week, capturing the essence of football in Asia and the rich heritage of the host nation. 

Designed by students and lecturers of Bangkok’s Srinakharinwirot University, the poster, at its core, celebrates the spirit of inclusivity and takes great care to promote not only the upcoming contest but also gives a nod to all the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make the experience of the event memorable.
