Manama: Bahrain were thrashed 6-0 by 2014 FIFA World Cup quarter-finalists Colombia during an international friendly match at Bahrain National Stadium on Thursday.
Carlos Bacca (15th) and Radamel Falcao (32nd, 36th) put the Colombians ahead in the first half before Adrian Ramos (59th), Mojica (79th) and Wason Renteria (82nd) added to the tally after the interval.
The Bahrainis will next host the Philippines on March 30 as part of their preparations for the upcoming second phase of joint 2018 FIFA World Cup and 2019 AFC Asian Cup 2019 qualifiers.
They will find out their opponents during an official a draw in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on April 14.
