It will be Bahrain's first outing of 2021 since Helio Sousa's charges took to the pitch for friendlies in Dubai last November.
Mohamed Al Romaihi found the target three times while Mohamed Marhoon scored twice as Bahrain defeated Tajikistan (1-0), Lebanon (3-1) and United Arab Emirates (3-1).
Sousa has selected players from the Bahraini Premier League as well as second division side Al Khaldiya FC.
Bahrain are currently second in Group C of the Asian Qualifiers with Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Hong Kong and Cambodia also in the fray.
