Kuala Lumpur: Excitement is building as Korea Republic's K League kicks off the 2020 season on Friday.

Defending champions Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors will face 2019 FA Cup winners Suwon Samsung Bluewings in the opener on Friday with five more matches scheduled for the weekend.

The Jeonbuk-Suwon match on Friday will also be streamed live by the K League on its Twitter ( and YouTube( channels, with the match kicking off at 19:00 (UTC +9).
