Suzhou: China PR defeated Thailand 6-0 to complete a perfect AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026™ Group A campaign on Thursday.

The hosts’ reward will be a quarter-final against either the third-placed side from Group B or C while Thailand will have to wait to see if they progress after Vietnam beat Myanmar 2-1 to finish second in the group.

Suzhou: Already qualified China PR will look to seal the Group A top spot when they take on Thailand in the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026™ on Thursday.

Thailand are still in the running for the knockout stage, as are Vietnam and Myanmar, who face off in the other tie. The top two sides from each group gain automatic qualification while the two best third-placed teams from the three groups will also advance.

Jeddah: Tajikistan secured a hard-fought 2-0 win over Thailand in their AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026™ Group A opener at the King Abdullah Sports City Pitch B on Tuesday.

Tajikistan will be aiming for another three points when they meet Myanmar on Sunday with Thailand facing hosts Saudi Arabia.

Suzhou: Thailand had to work hard before edging Myanmar 1-0 in their AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026™ Group A tie on Monday.

The win takes Thailand up to four points and in a strong position to qualify for the quarter-finals as they look to complete the job in Thursday’s match against China PR.

Suzhou: Vietnam twice came from behind to hold Thailand to a 2-2 draw in their AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026™ Group A opener at the Suzhou Taihu Football Sports Centre Pitch 1 on Friday.

Phan Thi Thu Phuong’s sublime free-kick canceled out Kurisara Limpawanich’s opener. Miricah Shealagh Murdoch restored Thailand’s lead just before the break but Nguyen Thi Thanh struck in second half added time to salvage a point for Vietnam.
