Decision:
Mr. Thiago Neves Augusto is ordered to pay a fine of USD25,000/- for violating Article 57 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (2014 Edition) (Code).
Mr. Thiago Neves Augusto is ordered to settle the fine within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 15.3 of the Code.
Mr. Thiago Neves Augusto is ordered to serve a one (1) match suspension in AFC club competitions. In accordance with Article 33.4 of the Code, this order is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years. Pursuant to Article 33.5 of the Code, should another violation occur within the probationary period, the suspension is automatically revoked and the sanction applied; it is added to the sanction pronounced for the new infringement.
Mr. Thiago Neves Augusto is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.
