Thimphu: The Bhutan Football Federation (BFF), in partnership with the AFC Dream Asia Foundation, continues to reach out to youth conflicted with the law through Social Responsibility programmes that focus on football.
Together with their partners Nazhoen Lamtoen, BFF has mapped out a one-year plan to help convicted youths through the power of football to find a purpose and to avoid repeating offences.
