Group C: AGMK FC (UZB) 1-2 Air Force Club (IRQ)

Olmaliq: Ali Jasim’s early strike helped Air Force Club secure a 2-1 win over hosts AGMK of Uzbekistan in Group C of the  AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 on Monday as the Iraqi outfit moved onto four points from their first two games in this year’s continental competition.

Jasim thumped home his side’s opener in the second minute and an own goal by Sanzhar Tursunov three minutes into the second half doubled the visitors lead before Siavash Haghnazari gave Mirdjalal Kasimov’s team hope with an 81st minute strike from close range.
 
The win is Air Force Club’s first of the campaign while AGMK have yet to pick up a point from their opening two games in Group C.
