<div>The AFC Champions League Elite™ Finals 2024/25 Matchup Challenge Predictor (“<strong>Contest</strong>”) is designed to challenge participants’ prediction skills accuracy in a bracket-style format during the Final stages – Quarter-finals, Semi-finals and the Final of the AFC Champions League Elite™ 2024/25 tournament. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their prediction accuracy skills and compete for prizes by predicting the result outcomes of the Final stage matches.</div><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST</strong></div><div>To enter the Contest, you need to:</div><div>1. Follow the instructions set on the AFC website or in the AFC Live App to predict the results of the seven (7) brackets which form the AFC Champions League Elite 2024/25 Final Stage.</div><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>CONTEST PERIOD</strong></div><div>Fans will have the opportunity to participate in this Contest for a period of twenty-five (25) days from 17:00, 1 April 2025 to 0:00 26 April 2025 Malaysia Time (GMT+8).</div><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>ENTRY REQUIREMENT</strong></div><div>This Contest is open to all individuals (each, a “<strong>Participant</strong>”), however any Participant below eighteen (18) years of age as of 25 March 2025 confirms that he/she has obtained the consent of their respective parent/guardian to participate in this Contest. The AFC reserves the right to verify such consent from the respective parent/guardian at any time. Participants should be aware that a breach of this consent requirement (where applicable) will result in the Participant being automatically disqualified.</div><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>GAME FLOW AND MECHANISM:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Participants must predict the winning teams in a bracket format for each Knockout stage match-up, starting from the Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and the Final.</div></li><li><div>Participants must complete their seven (7) brackets for the entire Knockout stage and submit them <strong>before</strong> the first match begins on 26 April 2025 at 0:00 Malaysia Time (GMT+8). Once submitted, predictions cannot be modified.</div></li></ul><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>PRIZE </strong></div><div>At the end of the Contest, the winner will be awarded one (1) gift card of US$500 value as determined by the AFC in its sole discretion</div><div><p style="text-align: center"></p></div><div><strong>SELECTION OF THE WINNER</strong></div><div>There will only be one (1) winner in this Contest. The Participant with 100% accuracy in the bracket results of all matches from the Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and the Final will be declared as the ultimate winner. If no Participant achieves 100% accuracy, the winner will be the Participant with the highest number of correctly predicted outcomes across these stages.</div><div>In case of a tie, the Participant who has correctly predicted the results of the most number of matches will be declared the winner.
