Kuwait City: AFC Cup 2012 participating club Al Qadsia have won a ticket to a continental competition next year after beating Kazma 1-0 and winning the Kuwait Prince Cup in the final at the Al Kuwait Stadium on Tuesday.
Omar Alsoma kicked the winning lone goal before half time in the final match making it their sixth win in a row since February 2 in Kuwait Prince Cup, Premier League and AFC Cup matches.
Al Qadsia now top the AFC Cup Group A table above Jordan's Al Faisaly, Al Ittihad of Syria and Omani outfit Al Suwaiq.
Al Qadsia defeated Al Suwaiq 2-0 in their group opener on March 6 and will face Al Ittihad away at the Aleppo International Stadium on March 20.
