Diaz hat-trick powers Panama past Qatar

Miami: Ismael Díaz scored a hat-trick in the space of nine second-half minutes as Panama marched into the semi-finals of the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup with a 4-0 win over Qatar on Saturday.

Panama will face the winners of the quarter-final between the United States and Canada, which will be held on Sunday in Cincinnati.

Korea Republic fight back to defeat Haiti

Seoul: Korea Republic came from behind to beat Haiti 2-1 in their final friendly on Saturday ahead of their FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 challenge later this month.

Haiti, preparing for their FIFA Women's World Cup debut, took the lead in the 16th minute but Korea Republic found their scoring boots in the second half to claim the win at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
