Bishkek: Abdysh-Ata Kant completed a domestic double, adding the Kyrgyz Republic Cup on Friday to the Premier League title after beating PFC Neftchi in the final on Friday. 

Six of the quarter-finalists have been confirmed for India’s Durand Cup 2022, with the remaining teams set to battle it out to complete the last eight cast.

Kuala Lumpur: There was a big shock in Singapore this weekend as free-scoring league leaders Lion City Sailors lost 3-1 to Geylang International to allow Albirex Niigata (S) to move level on points at the top. 

V.League frontrunners Hanoi FC were beaten for just the second time this season as Binh Dinh claimed a hugely impressive 3-0 win in the Vietnamese capital to rise to second and reignite the title race, while Thai heavyweights Buriram United and BG Pathum United drew 2-2.

Hong Kong: Sanfrecce Hiroshima’s 2-0 win over Shimizu S-Pulse on Saturday continued their winning streak and saw them leapfrog Yokohama F. Marinos at the top of the J1 League standings. 

K League 1 leaders Ulsan Hyundai were beaten 2-0 by bottom side Seongnam FC on Sunday, while title chasers Shandong Taishan lost to Shanghai Shenhua in China PR.
