West Asia Wrap: Al Fateh stun Al Hilal; Al Sadd cruise past Al Khor

Dubai: Al Fateh ended an eight-year winless streak against Al Hilal SFC by stunning the defending champions 3-2 in the Saudi Pro League.

Al Sadd, meanwhile, resumed the defence of their Qatar Stars League title with a 3-0 win over Al Khor while in the United Arab Emirates, Al Ain are sitting comfortably at the top of the standings.

Thailand end Vietnam's reign to set up final showdown with Indonesia

Singapore: Thailand played to a 0-0 draw with Vietnam in the second leg of their AFF Cup semi-final on Sunday, with the War Elephants advancing 2-0 on aggregate to the final.

Thailand will face Indonesia in the final, to be played over two legs, with the tournament's most successful side aiming for a record-extending sixth title. 

Indonesia, seeking to win the title for the first time after five previous runners-up finishes, defeated Singapore to book their place in the final.
