Dominant Bashundhara Kings seal back to back Federation Cup titles
Dhaka: Raul Oscar Becerra scored the decisive goal as defending champions Bashundhara Kings retained the Federation Cup after defeating Saif Sporting Club 1-0 in the final at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Sunday.
Argentine striker Raul Becerra was on target in the 52nd minute to take his goal-scoring tally to five goals – to finish on par with Saif’s Nigerian forward Kenneth Ikechukwu as the top scorer.

AFC Asian Cup China 2023™ competition dates confirmed
Kuala Lumpur: The upcoming edition of Asia’s flagship national team competition – the AFC Asian Cup China 2023™ – will take place from June 16 to July 16, 2023, across ten cities after the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) confirmed the decision today.
The 18th edition of the tournament, which will see Asia’s top 24 national teams compete for the most coveted prize in Asian football, aims to engage more fans than ever before, and will maximise the advantage of playing the opening game on a Friday and the final on a weekend.
