Doha: Rozeen NY Odeh again became the topscorer for Palestine as they beat hosts Qatar 5-0 on Matchday 2 of the AFC U-14 Girls’ Regional Championship 2013 for West Asia on Tuesday at the Al Arabi Stadium.
Skipper Odeh scored four of the Palestinians’ goals against the Qataris, a feat that she repeated after making five goals against the UAE during opening day on Monday. Ahlam AM Abueed also got on the socresheet for Palestine on Tuesday.
Palestine now sit on second spot on goal difference in the table which is topped by Jordan who in the later match of the day whipped the UAE 10-0.
Up next Wednesday, Qatar face the UAE while the Palestinians face off Bahrain in the five-team inaugural regional girls competition.
