Men's Group A: Philippines 0-1 Myanmar; Cambodia 1-2 Indonesia

Phnom Penh: Myanmar edged Philippines 1-0 to book their spot in the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games Men's Football semi-finals on Wednesday.

They join Indonesia, who topped Group A with a perfect record of four wins after defeating Cambodia 2-1 in their final match, in the semi-finals.

AFC President: We are ready to host the best AFC Asian Cup™ in history

Doha: Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President today underlined his confidence in the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ to deliver a true celebration of Asian football that will leave a lasting impression on the Continent’s players, teams and passionate fans.

Chairing the 1st AFC Executive Committee meeting for the term 2023-2027 in Doha, Qatar, Shaikh Salman hailed the steadfast efforts of the LOC, ahead of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ Final Draw which will be held at the Katara Opera House tomorrow, outlining his gratitude to the LOC, the Qatar Football Association (QFA) and the Qatari Authorities for their impeccable hosting capabilities.

Star-studded cast at AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ Final Draw

Doha: A glittering cast of Asian football’s who’s who will add lustre to the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ Final Draw ceremony on Thursday in Doha, Qatar, when Asia’s top 24 teams discover their path to ultimate glory amidst the glamorous setting of the Katara Opera House.

No less than seven Asian football luminaries will be present to lend a helping hand to the chief draw conductor AFC General Secretary Datuk Seri Windsor John in unveiling the fate of the teams in the four pots when the highly anticipated spectacle kicks off at 2pm Qatar time.
