Buraidah: Saudi Pro League side Al Taawoun FC and UAE's Shabab Al Ahli Dubai FC have strengthened their squads with the signings of Álvaro Medrán and Thomas Olsen respectively, the clubs announced on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old Medrán joins 2019 Saudi King’s Cup champions Al Taawoun from MSL outfit Chicago Fire on a season and a half contract.
Tatsuma Yoshida steps down as Singapore national team coach
Singapore: The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) announced on Tuesday that Tatsuma Yoshida, by mutual agreement, will step down as head coach of the Lions on December 31 in order to return home to Japan and be with his family during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 47-year old Yoshida leaves after 30 months in charge, having just guided Singapore to the 2020 AFF Cup semi-finals..
