Tehran: Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan SC moved to the top of the Iran Pro League after a nine-match unbeaten run to take over from previous leaders Persepolis, whose reign only lasted a week.

Tehran: Persepolis’s six-match unbeaten streak saw them top the Iran Pro League for the first time this season as the league continues to see new challengers to Tractor’s FC crown.

Tehran: Last season’s runners-up Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan SC took over the top of the Iran Pro League for the first time this season after a run of seven unbeaten matches.

Qualifiers - Group F: Mongolia 2-6 Turkmenistan; Thailand 3-0 Kuwait

Chonburi: Thailand secured the Qualifiers Group F top spot after beating Kuwait 3-0 to seal their place at the AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026™ on Sunday.

Thailand, Turkmenistan and Kuwait all finished on nine points but the Southeast Asian side advanced to the Finals on superior head-to-head goal difference.

Qualifiers - Group F: Kuwait 5-0 Maldives; Turkmenistan 3-2 Thailand

Chonburi: Kuwait placed themselves in the driver’s seat in Group F of the AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026™ Qualifiers after cruising 5-0 past Maldives on Friday.

The win moved Kuwait to nine points, with their cause aided by Turkmenistan defeating Thailand  3-2 in Friday’s other tie. Kuwait lead by three points and only need to avoid defeat against Thailand on Sunday to confirm their ticket to the Finals.

Group B: PFC Andijon (UZB) 1-1 FK Arkadag (TKM)

Andijan: Despite their dominance, FK Arkadag had to come from behind to secure a 1-1 draw with PFC Andijon in their AFC Champions League Two™ 2025/26 Group B match at the Bobur Arena on Wednesday.

It was Uzbekistan side Andijon’s fifth consecutive draw and the third straight for Turkmenistan’s Arkadag.

The result leaves Andijon with five points and Arkadag with four, and both sides can still qualify for the knockout stage if they win their final fixtures.

Chonburi: A superior Turkmenistan secured an impressive 6-0 win against Maldives in their AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026™ Qualifiers Group F tie on Monday.

Thailand, meanwhile, got their campaign rolling with a 4-0 victory against Mongolia.

Chonburi: Kuwait left it late before edging Turkmenistan 1-0 in their opening AFC U17 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026™ Qualifiers Group F tie on Saturday.

It was a similar scoreline in the other match with Mongolia securing a slim victory against Maldives.

Qualifiers - Group D: Turkmenistan 3-1 Chinese Taipei

Arkadag: Turkmenistan saw off a determined challenge to beat Chinese Taipei 3-1 in their AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027™ Qualifiers Final Round Group D tie to ensure they stayed very much in the hunt.

The victory moved Turkmenistan level on 12 points with Thailand, setting up a do-or-die clash with the Southeast Asian side on Matchday Six.

Group B: FK Arkadag (TKM) 1-1 Al Ahli SC (QAT)

Arkadag: An own goal helped Turkmenistan’s FK Arkadag gain a 1-1 stalemate with Al Ahli SC of Qatar in their AFC Champions League Two™ 2025/26 Group B tie at Arkadag Stadium on Wednesday.

Michel Vlap, who also scored in the 2-2 reverse fixture, put Al Ahli ahead but Matej Mitrovic turned the ball into his own net three minutes later with the Qatari side moving up to seven points.

AFC Challenge League™ 2024/25 winners Arkadag remain at the bottom with three points.

Isfahan:  Islamic Republic of Iran’s Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan SC and Ahal FC of Turkmenistan played to an entertaining 2-2 stalemate in their AFC Champions League Two™ 2025/26 Group C tie on Tuesday.

The draw sees Sepahan move within two points of group leaders Al Hussein of Jordan with the two to meet next on November 25.
