Manama: Bahrain's Al Riffa came from behind to force a 1-1 draw with Al Zawraa SC of Iraq in their AFC Cup 2023/24 Group C tie on Monday.

The point was enough to give Al Riffa the top spot ahead of Kuwait's Al Arabi SC, who were held 0-0 by Lebanon's Nejmeh SC earlier on Monday.

Al Hasa: Mustafa Juned’s strike earned Syria’s Al Futuwa SC a 1-0 win over Al Ahed FC of Lebanon in their AFC Cup™ 2023/24 Group A tie at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium on Monday.

The result threw Group A wide open, with only the group winners assured a place in the West Zonal semi-finals.

Kolkata: A Jason Cummings brace, with the second scored in added time, secured India's Mohun Bagan Super Giant a 2-1 win over Maziya Sports & Recreation of Maldives in Group D of the AFC Cup™ 2023/24 at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan Stadium on Monday. 

The result means Indian Super League side Mohun Bagan lead Group D with maximum points after two matches with both Maziya and Bashundhara Kings on three points.

Group D: Bashundhara Kings (BAN) 3-2 Odisha FC (IND)

Dhaka: Bashundhara Kings of Bangladesh posted their first win of their AFC Cup™ 2023/24 campaign by defeating India’s Odisha FC 3-2 in their second Group D outing at Bashundhara Kings Arena on Monday.

Diego Mauricio stunned the home supporters to give Odisha an early lead, but goals from Miguel Figueira and Dori had Bashundhara in the driver’s seat at the break.
 
Dori then added his second in the 54th minute which proved to be the winner despite Jerry Lalrinzuala pulling one back for the visitors midway through the half.

Sharjah: Moussa Marega’s first-half goal earned Sharjah FC a 1-0 win over Jordan’s Al Faisaly at Sharjah Stadium in Group B of the AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 on Monday.

Both teams went into the game chasing their first win and goal in the competition, with Sharjah having held Al Sadd to a goalless draw in Doha in their first match and Al Faisaly having lost their debut in the competition 1-0 to FC Nasaf.

Namangan: Uzbekistan’s FC Nasaf strolled to a 3-1 win against Al Sadd SC of Qatar in Group B of the AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 on Monday.

Sukhrob Nurulloyev gave Nasaf a first half lead before Azizbek Amonov struck twice in the second half to seal the three points at the Markaziy Stadium as the Uzbekistan side made it two wins out of two while Qatar’s Al Sadd only have a point to their name.

Group C: AGMK FC (UZB) 1-2 Air Force Club (IRQ)

Olmaliq: Ali Jasim’s early strike helped Air Force Club secure a 2-1 win over hosts AGMK of Uzbekistan in Group C of the  AFC Champions League™ 2023/24 on Monday as the Iraqi outfit moved onto four points from their first two games in this year’s continental competition.

Jasim thumped home his side’s opener in the second minute and an own goal by Sanzhar Tursunov three minutes into the second half doubled the visitors lead before Siavash Haghnazari gave Mirdjalal Kasimov’s team hope with an 81st minute strike from close range.
 
The win is Air Force Club’s first of the campaign while AGMK have yet to pick up a point from their opening two games in Group C.
